"You" means YOU as identified by the email address you use as indicated above in "Your Subscription Details" fields.

"your email address" is the email address you have already used as indicated above in "Your Subscription Details" fields.

"I" means me, John Delavera and The Internet Company(R).

By subscribing to my newsletter you agree to all terms in this Agreement and also agree to The Internet Company's Terms & Conditions of Use & Disclaimers, Privacy Policy, Anti-Spam Policy that govern this site too.

This is a free service until it'll become a paid one. I am reserving the right to stop emailing you and also to delete your email address from my list of subscribers when and if this service will ever require a fee for subscribing. 

TurboZine Free Newsletter has a double opt-in feature. That means you must verify your email address in order to become a valid subscriber. I am using this feature because a) I do not want ever to be accused by you for spam and b) do not want spiders, robots and other web creatures that crawl my web pages to send fault submission requests.

As a valid subscriber of my Newsletter you agree to receive from me:

• The contest's announcement - usually - every Tuesday.

• Special announcements with both in-house and third-party advertising, or "solo" ads sent periodically to this list without a schedule.

Spam is NOT tolerated and I shall never distribute your email address.
